Enquiries made through this site — by phone on (02) 9090 4741 or through the quote form — are passed to established, licensed and insured local roofing contractors who carry out the inspection, the quote and the work.

Those contractors work to NSW Fair Trading requirements. The contract for any work you agree to is between you and the contractor who performs it, and the written workmanship warranty on completed work comes from them.

What that means for you

• You deal with one point of contact instead of chasing several businesses.
• The inspection and the written quote are free and carry no obligation. You are not committed to anything by making an enquiry.
• You should still do what you would do with any trade: read the quote, check that the contractor holds a current licence and insurance appropriate to the work, and get the agreement in writing before any money changes hands.
• In NSW, residential building work valued above $5,000 in labour and materials must be carried out under licence, and work valued above $20,000 requires home building compensation cover. You are entitled to ask to see both.

Where a roof report or repair relates to an insurance claim, we can document the damage with photographs, a written description of the failure and an itemised scope of repair. We cannot and do not promise any claim outcome. That decision belongs to your insurer.
